The only family he has still alive is Naomi. He sired Naomi. His other family are all vampires and lycanthrope as he is the "father" of all vamps and weres.
Friends: He has made many friends over the centuries, but friends come and go. There are too many friends to name. Some include (but aren't limited too) Naomi, Damien, Jade, Christian, etc.

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral. Elias is very calm and laid back unless someone does something he considers unethical or immoral. Short temper where religion is concerned. (low tolerance)
Occupation: Elias doesn't have a paying job. His pay is helping others.
Intelligence: Elias is very very intelligent. Just imagine living for 7,500 years. How intelligent would you be?
Sense of Humor: He has a very dry sense of humor and very rarely shows it. He is very reclusive, not associating with too many people for too long
Tastes: His tastes have changed over the years. Right now he is partial to the goth lifestyle. He has esquisite manners and enjoys a good wine and expensive food. However, he rarely eats normal food. He is a vampire and his diet is mainly blood. Once every 50 years you will see him eating normal food.
Fears: Because of how he came into existence (see History) he fears many things. He especially fears God.

Physical Description: 5'6, 130 lbs. Elias is goth incarnate. He wears black leather "hip pants", a chain around his waste that drapes down over one hip (depending on the weight distribution on his feet), a black t-shirt, a black leather jacket (in the winter)or a black leather trenchcoat (in the fall and spring)....depends on the weather. He wears a studded collar around his neck. He has short hair that spikes up in all directions. His face is ghost white (setting off his black hair) and his eyes are coal black and set deep in their sockets. His fangs are 1/4 inch on length and are always visible (they never retract) (Only through evolution and the need to blend in (survival of the fittest) have the fangs been "retractable")

History: God created the earth and all those on it. He created Eden as the paradise in which to begin life. Contrary to popular belief, Eve came first. God created Eve with the beauty and grace known to none other since. He sent the angel Gabriel to keep her company. Because Eve was merely human and God had never encountered sexual feelings, it wasn't long before Eve and Gabriel became bedfellows. Soon Eve became with child. This infuriated God and a confrontation deemed Gabriel an outcast. God told Eve she was not to birth the child in the gates of Eden. She was to give birth to the East in the Land of Cainen and leave him there. Once His orders were voiced He cursed Eve's unborn child to forever walk in darkness (as that's how he was conceived) and "taste that which is forbidden by all others." In the beginning part of 5,498 B.C., Eve left the Garden and headed East to the place she was to give birth. She travelled alone, her heart broke with every step.
In the summer of that same year Elias was born. "Deformed", but perfect in his mother's eyes. His "deformities" were skin as white as snow, eyes and hair as black as pitch. She kissed him gently on the forehead and whispered a name "Elias" before she left back to Eden.
A wolf bitch was watching and cautiously approached the baby when the woman left. The wolf took Elias as her cub, letting him suckle on her. When Elias was old enough to grow teeth, he accidentally nipped his "mother" while nursing. The bitch cried out in pain. Soon there after the wolf came to Elias as a human. Knowing her scent, Elias raised his arms and cooed to be picked up (remember he has had no other contact with humans so he can't speak). Miraculously his mother began speaking to him in English (For sake of argument they spoke English back then....lol). Over the years Elias spent time with his mother in human form and in wolven form, learning, not only English and manners, but how to hunt and be cunning.
Elias continued to age until he hit 22. Then his physical age stopped. He was forever frozen at 22. Soon "others" came wandering into Cainen. Here he honed his hunting skills and fed his appetite, not to mention turning some of the wanderers for companionship. Thus creating what the Bible calls "The Others". Elias went on a power trip for several hundred years (give him a break...it's angel sized animosity...lol)
500 years later, a man stumbled into Cainen babbling about a brother and being cast out of Eden. Elias knew what he meant and was outraged. How could God damn him to a life of Hell, but not this man? Without hesitation he sank his fangs deep into the man's neck. He paused, looked up to the sky and growled. "You cursed me. Now I curse your son." He finished the job and waited for Cain to be reborn.
Elias and Cain left the Land of Cainen and traveled the country side. Elias treated Cain more like a slave than a student. In 4500 B.C. Elias left Cain alone, not wanting to bother himself around Cain any longer.
500 years later Elias got word of a great flood and dug his way deep into the earth. Staying there for the next 500 years.
3500 B.C Elias came out of Torpor a changed vampire. He vowed to help those in need and not take another's life unless there was no other option. During his travels he met Raechel. The moment he saw her he was smitten with her. He wanted to spend eternity with her. One night as they were walking along the beach, Elias took her and turned her. He taught her the ways of HIS kind.
In 485B.C he and Raechel met a 15 year old girl by the name of Naomi Inanna. Elias turned her and took her under his wing for a while. In 250 B.C. Elias told her she had learned all he could teach her and he left (Hey. I'm just setting up that, that was the way from the beginning).
Over the centuries they travelled all over the world....watched as it changed and changed with it. Elias learned everything he could. They both arrived in Eldhin to settle down and relax.
Elias is a dreamwalker. Which is to say, he has the ability to enter someone else's dreams at will to observe.
